In order of what's easy and cheap to do: Bleed the clutch line with new fluid. Check the gearbox oil level. If it's not clean, replace the oil with the exact specified specification. Note that some drivers can create gear teeth filings much quicker than others. If the spec says GL4, then use GL4 and not "GL4/GL5".
