Cuisine. 8/10. Alaska allows First Class travellers to pre-order their preferred meal online before a flight to ensure they get their first choice. The airline offers hearty meals on its flights, with everything served on a tray. They include bread, a salad and a main dish consisting of a protein or vegetarian option.
This Turkish Airlines Airbus A350-900 business class is designed for longer flights and boasts a spacious cabin with high ceilings and larger windows. The business class seats in the A350-900 are technologically advanced, allowing passengers to adjust their seat position with a single click.
Lounge. Lufthansa and United business class passengers have access to the same network of lounges: United-operated in the USA and Lufthansa-operated in Germany. Since passengers flying either airline have access to the same lounges, you might think that this category will also be a draw, but there is one distinction.
As detailed in my economy review, I booked a round-trip ticket, with the outbound from Houston in economy and the return in first class. The ticket cost $490 in total, and since we used the Platinum Card® from American Express to purchase this flight, TPG earned a total of 2,450 Membership Rewards points — equivalent to about $47 according
Our United First Class guide delves into seating, in-flight amenities, booking experiences, and comparisons with other major airlines, offering a detailed look into United’s lavish travel experience. United Airlines, a dominant force in the aviation sector, has consistently shown its dedication to superior service and passenger comfort.
United Airlines made exciting headlines in 2016 with the launch of its new Polaris Business Class. It delivered all-aisle access on most of its aircraft, a multi-course and beautifully presented meal service, and an unprecedented number of sleep accessories including multiple pillows and blankets. While cost cutting has scaled back the airline’s initial plans, United continues to receive
Bottom line. Deciding between LOT business class and Singapore first class doesn’t seem like it should be a tough decision, yet here we are. There’s the option to cross the Atlantic in either product, and oddly the LOT option sounds more intriguing. However, I’m also questioning this choice, so I’m coming to y’all for a sanity check here.
The Verdict. The 777 Polaris cabin finally allows for the United Airlines J-class offering to compete with its competitors back and forth across the ditch. The service in both directions, while kind-natured and accommodating, just isn’t as proactive as other offerings. Even the previous generation 787 product could have been made enjoyable
Polaris Business Class . It might seem odd that a business class cabin is more premium than a first class cabin, but United Polaris business class is indeed the airline's flagship international

Seattle (SEA) – Seoul-Incheon (ICN) one-way in Asiana Airlines business class for 88,000 United miles + $5.60 in taxes and fees.
10. Domestic first and business class flights. Domestic first class flights are some of the best deals around, particularly on a per mile basis (for example, SEA-BOS and BOS-DUB are similar length flights but SEA-BOS is typically $1k vs. BOS-DUB which is typically $2.5k).
Like on United, on American Airlines, the first-class designation marks the highest level on flights around the U.S., while business class is the highest level on shorter international routes
United domestic first class. United's first-class offering is also quite similar to its competitors' products. The seats are oversized recliners, and the airport experience is enhanced with Premier Access perks such as priority check-in and boarding. United's first-class product comes in a few different varieties.
Air India 777 Business Class Cabin. I boarded through the forward door, so I had to walk through the small one-row first-class cabin, which has just four seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. It's a huge step up from business class, but hardly a pinnacle of luxury. (First-class awards cost a whopping 140,000 United miles each way. No thank you!)
