I have one big problem with BMW X5 V8 4.8i ecu, the car no start. Starter relay and fuel pump relay turn on-turn off-turn on-turn off-turn on-turn off intermittence synchronize between two relays.Battery is Ok. Ground connections from engine is OK. Strange it fails. Scan tool not recognize.AUTOMATIC. 165,000 MILES. Basic problem is no crank using the ignition. New battery. Ran jumper from positive term on battery to the after fusible link wire, engine cranked and started. Checked fuses under dash drivers side. No blown fuses 113 and 33. I did replace the starter relay in fuse box. Still would not crank but when I turned the key
